All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or returns.

If you receive an item that is defective or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims will be issued as store credit only, which can be applied toward any future purchase at H & L Your Source.

Store credit does not expire and has no cash value.

We clearly label all items by condition (new, used, open box) — please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
